NO USE OF MOBILE PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES DURING CLASSES!

 

New Dean’s Directive on the Implementation of the UP Faculty of Medicine Study Regulations (LF-B-18/01)

Article 6; paragraph 4. A senior employee may prohibit the use of mobile phones during practical exercises, seminars, lectures, and examinations within their workplace. Students must be informed of this prohibition at the beginning of the course. In the event of a violation of this regulation, a record of the violation will be made on the form in Appendix 1 and the student will be excluded from the class and required to attend a replacement class. The form and date of the replacement will be determined by the teacher of the practical exercise or seminar. If this rule is violated during an exam, the student will receive a grade of “F” and a record of the violation will be made on the form in Appendix 1. In the case of a colloquium or credit test, these will not be given and a record of the violation will be made.

Based on the decision of the head of the department, Prof. RNDr. Jitka Ulrichová, CSc., the use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is prohibited during practical exercises, seminars, and examinations.
